SUMMARY:
Position: Junior Litigation Attorney
Location: Lynwood Area
Type: Permanent, On-Site
Salary: R 25 000.00 Basic CTC per month + Commission & Target incentives 

Overview:
A law firm in the Lynwood area requires a Junior Litigation Attorney with experience or strong interest in foreclosure, property, and commercial litigation. The position is supported by administrative staff and involves direct interaction with corporate clients.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Management of a credit-collections litigation portfolio, including oversight of administrative personnel.
Ensuring adherence to legal, procedural, and regulatory requirements within the foreclosure workflow.
Handling defended litigation matters on behalf of institutional clients.
Ensuring performance standards and service-level expectations of corporate clients are met.
Conducting independent litigation for private and public-sector clients.

Performance Metrics:
This role carries a minimum monthly fee-generation target. Performance will be measured against:
Compliance with client performance standards.
Achievement of fee targets.
Quality-control evaluations by senior leadership.

Requirements:
LLB Degree.
Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court.
Experience with Cale Lines and Courtonline advantageous.
Experience with Legal Suite advantageous.
