SUMMARY:
Our client is a niche law firm specialising in financial recoveries and Property Law, and they require a Foreclosures Attorney to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Admitted attorney with 5 years post admission experience in foreclosures - (Standard Bank) – experience should be recent.
Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the entire foreclosure process
Able to manage a portfolio independently
High court litigation right of appearance
A valid driver’s license and own transport
Vetting of Pleadings and Notices drafted by junior personnel
Managing of junior personnel
Excellent admin and organisational skills
Functioning under pressure and able to adhere to stringent time- lines
Strong communication skills
Administratively strong
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in working on GHOST Practice will be an advantage
Driven and passionate
