JOB DESCRIPTION:

5 star property seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Manager

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Hotel management diploma advantageous
Experienced in Micros back office
Read, write and speak English at a professional level

Main duties and responsibilities:

Manage the Food and Beverage department
Stock takes
Financial management
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Adopt a 'can do' attitude in relation to guest queries
Rostering
Enforce SOP's of the company
Maintain the aesthetics of the department
Conduct performance appraisals
On the job training
Manage, investigate and resolve customer complaints and compliments
Managing of the POS system
Manage spa food and beverage needs
