SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a passion for fine dining and luxury hospitality? We are recruiting for a prestigious 5-star lodge that prides itself on delivering an unforgettable guest experience — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a remote environment, leads from the front, and brings energy and excellence to every shift.
This is a live-in position, ideal for someone who is excited by the idea of working in nature and being part of a tight-knit team in a high-end, guest-focused environment.

POSITION INFO:

Oversee the full Food and Beverage operation, including dining service, bar, and special event coordination
Manage, train, and motivate a team of service staff to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure food and beverage offerings meet 5-star standards
Maintain impeccable hygiene and service standards across all outlets
Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
Be hands-on with guests – engaging, checking in during meals, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects luxury hospitality
Continuously review systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage role in a 5-star environment (lodge/hotel/cruise)
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – outgoing, confident, and service-driven
A genuine love for working with people and providing warm, attentive service
Knowledge of wine pairing, food trends, and luxury hospitality standards
Must be willing to live and work in a remote lodge environment on a scheduled work cycle
Driver’s license and contactable references essential
