Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the hospitality industry? Our client, a well-established restaurant in Bloemfontein with a strong reputation for excellent service and quality food, is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Monitor and maintain stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.

• Manage portioning and food quality to uphold restaurant standards.

• Supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring smooth operations during service.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Primarily work day shifts, but be available for evening shifts in exceptional circumstances.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

• Strong organizational and stock control skills.

Salary:

Negotiable up to R12 000 per month, depending on experience.
