SUMMARY:
Sports and recreation concern, situated in the north of Johannesburg, is looking to appoint a dedicated and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Controller in a permanent position. This role is key to supporting the stores and stock function within the Food & Beverage division, ensuring accurate capturing, control, and reporting of all stock-related transactions across multiple outlets.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a food and beverage stock control or administration role, preferably in a high-volume hospitality environment.
Strong computer literacy – proficient in Excel and Word.
Experience with inventory or stock systems.
Qualification in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a structured team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the administration process within the F&B stores department, from invoice capturing to finalizing month-end reports.
Ensure compliance with internal stock control and procurement procedures.
Monitor and report on stock movements and variances across restaurants, bars, and outlets.
Support stock take processes and ensure all reconciliations are completed on time.
Collaborate with F&B Management to provide timely and accurate reports as required.
Maintain up-to-date records of inventory items, pricing, and supplier details.
