POSITION INFO:

Our client who is a FoodBev SETA Accredited Training Provider is currently looking to employ a Food Safety Consultant and Facilitator.

Â

Main purpose of the position:

Your role will be to implement systems, train employees on food safety and to keep clients happy.Â

Â

Requirements:

B.Sc Food Science Degree or Food Technology Diploma
At least 5 year''s experience managing food safety management systems such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 or BRC in the food industry.
You need to be a confident communicator, with excellent computer skills with intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Â
Professional, reliable and punctual
Strong organisational skills
Strong project management skills
The ability to work under pressure
Time management skills
The ability to work unsupervised
Valid drivers license
Speak both English and Afrikaans
To have a hunger to learn
To enjoy learning about our new food safety software
The position requires some travelling within the Port Elizabeth region with the occasional night away from home.Â
