Trendy Boutique Hotel in Cape Town is seeking an energetic, hard working, committed individual to join their business.

The position is primarily concerned with the functional activities of F&B and day to day Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

3 Years Food and Beverage Management experience.
And experience in Assisting in Duty Management.
Hands-on Problem-Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Standards.
Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
Friendly, courteous, and service-orientated.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel.
Honest and trustworthy beyond approach.
Presentable/Professional appearance and well spoken.
Weekend Work Required
