Food & Beverage Manager - Menlyn

POSITION INFO:

Food & Beverage Manager required for busy Restaurant in Menlyn. Candidates with 8+ years F&B management experience will be considered. Person will be responsible for overall food & beverage operations, will manage all stock and purchasing. Main duties will include stock control and all stock related administration. Looking for a strong communicator and someone with exceptional organizing skills. Must have the ability to work under pressure. Applicants must be skilled in liquor and food stock & cost control.
