POSITION INFO:

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

SANDTON – ICONIC RESTAURANT

Urgently looking to add an experienced “old school” hospitality professional to join our team.

• Essential to have exceptional experience managing all Food and Beverage concerns
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience needed working in a LARGE dining establishment
• Full responsibility and accountability for entire F&B - stock, costings, orders, wastage and spillage etc.
• Excellent attention to details
• Input and reconciling all data

This is a 9 to 5 position, would suit a mature applicant who has had a full career in hospitality and knows the ins and outs of day-to-day operations regarding all food and beverage concerns.
