Our client, a classy and creative Restaurant, offering a “feel good” experience encompassing casual dining brands and local craft products is on the hunt for a passionate Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team, delight the guests, and help create an unforgettable experience.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive service
Ensuring smooth daily operations and a top-tier guest experience
Supporting staff training, development, and shift planning
Collaborating with the kitchen and management teams to keep service running like clockwork
Helping promote their local craft offerings and creating a community vibe
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care at all times

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
A hands-on, can-do attitude and a love of people
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems with a smile
A genuine interest in local food, drink, and community values
