Duties:
Lead group fitness classes across various styles and levels.
Conduct engaging and safe yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Flow, or Aerial Yoga.
Design and implement personalised fitness programs aligned with client goals.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct form to prevent injuries.
Adapt exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels, injuries, and physical limitations.
Foster a motivating, inclusive environment that encourages client progress.
Build strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Track and review client progress, providing ongoing feedback.
Promote health, wellness, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized studio environment.
Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and wellness practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading fitness classes and personal training.
Yoga certification with proficiency in styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Flow, or Aerial Yoga.
Strong client care and service orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
CPR and First Aid certifications.
