SUMMARY:
Job Overview:
The Fitness Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness training, wellness coaching, and health education to students, staff, and corporate clients. This role blends practical fitness instruction with a professional, business-oriented approach to wellness, supporting the institution’s vision of integrating health, performance, and leadership development.
The ideal candidate is a certified fitness professional with strong coaching ability, an understanding of holistic wellness, and the capability to operate within an academic and corporate learning environment.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Fitness Coaching & Program Delivery
· Design and deliver individual and group fitness programs aligned to varying fitness levels and goals.
· Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans.
· Lead classes such as strength training, functional fitness, conditioning, and mobility.
· Ensure safe, effective, and engaging workout environments at all times.
Health & Wellness Education
· Support the delivery of wellness modules or short programmes linked to health, fitness, and performance.
· Educate clients on nutrition basics, recovery, and lifestyle management.
· Contribute to workshops, seminars, and corporate wellness initiatives.
Student & Client Engagement
· Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, and support to students and clients.
· Track progress and adjust programs based on performance and feedback.
· Support student development where fitness is integrated into broader learning programmes.
Operational Support
· Maintain gym floor standards, equipment, and safety compliance.
· Assist in scheduling sessions and managing bookings.
· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and institutional policies.
Industry & Brand Alignment
· Represent the Regenesys brand professionally in all interactions.
· Stay current with fitness trends, digital training tools, and wellness innovations.
· Contribute to building a culture of health and high performance within the institution.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Relevant certification in Fitness Training, Personal Training, or Exercise Science.
· Additional certifications (e.g., Strength & Conditioning, Group Training, Wellness Coaching) are advantageous.
· Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a gym, wellness centre, or corporate fitness environment.
· Experience working with diverse client groups (beginners to advanced).
· Exposure to corporate wellness or educational environments is beneficial.
