Our client, is on the hunt for a process driven, operationally sharp fitment centre co-ordinator & administrator to join a high pressure, fast paced accessory fitment environment in Edenvale.  This role is vital in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicle fitments – from the booking and progress updates to final delivery – while keeping both the business Head and customers in the loop at every stage.

Remuneration
R10 000 – R 15 000 – plus incentives - Benefits include Provident Fund

POSITION INFO:
Duties include

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fitment centre
• Book vehicles in for fitment and manage scheduling
• Monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion
• Provide accurate and consistent customer feedback
• Update job/work boards and manage workflow visibility
• Liaise with fitment staff and provide updates to management
• Ensure quality control on all fitments

• Tracker fitments
• Smash and grab/tint installations
• Windscreen protection
• Vehicle detailing and specialised valet services
• Audio/sound upgrades
• Dashcam installation

• Process-oriented and highly organised
• Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong operational agility and multitasking ability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer literate (MS Office essential)
• CMS or similar system experience is advantageous
• Must have prior experience in the motor industry – ideally in accessory/fitment/radio installation centres
• Must reside in or around the East Rand
• Medically fit with a clean criminal record
• Valid South African Code EB Driver’s Licence
• Valid SA ID and Matric Certificate
