Our client, an ICT Solutions provider, requires a Firewall - Voice PBX Technician, based in Constantia Park, West Rand

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Internal systems management - Security configuration (Sophos) and management of internal systems; Backups and maintenance

Support - Job reports; Status issues; System Troubleshooting; SLA management

Asset Management - software licenses and devices

Knowledge & Skills:

3+ years relevant experience
Microsoft Office 365 / Teams / Sharepoint
Microsoft Active Directory
Sophos Firewall
Password management systems
VoIP systems and Zoom

Salary: R25k – R30k p/m
