Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the finishing activities on construction sites (Renovations, alterations, restorations)
- Ensure quality standards are met during the final stages of construction projects
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Finishing Foreman or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Education: A qualification in construction will be advantageous
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a construction supervisory role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Ability to effectively manage a team of workers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on finishing projects in the construction sector
- Health and Safety certification
Working Conditions:
