RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the FINANCIAL PLANNING industry to recruit FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP BUILDERS and FINANCIAL PLANNERS to be based at their offices in CENTURION, JOHANNESBURG and CAPE TOWN. Average earnings after probation, approximately R20 000. Good opportunities for growth.

OUR CLIENT IS A NATIONAL COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER TWO DECADES, SPECIALISING  IN HOLISTIC FINANCIAL PLANNING INCLUDING  MEDICAL SCHEME OPTIONS, GAP COVER, WILLS & TESTAMENTS, LIFE AND RISK COVER, SAVINGS AND INVESTMENTS, CAR AND HOME INSURANCE AS WELL AS BUSINESS INSURANCE.

Applicants should be/have the following:

FINANCIAL PLANNERS

Grade 12.

Born 1996 or after.

A minimum of two years working experience in the Financial Sector.

An RE5 certificate.

Call centre experience

Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

OR

FINACIAL RELATIONSHIP BUILDERS

Grade 12.

Born 1995 and before.

BCom, an advantage.

Call centre experience

Fluent in English and Afrikaans. 

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Selling medical aid plans and GAP cover.

Remuneration:

Salary Structure:

1. Basic Salary:
1. First month during training R10 000
2. Second month during training R8 000
3. Thereafter R6 000 per month basic salary + commission
2. Intensive training before exposure to clients (2months)
3. All infrastructure will be provided (laptop, software, cell phone etc.)
4. Advantageous commission structure on all products sold

Average earnings are approximately R20 000 per month, above average earnings up to R40 000 per month.
