SUMMARY:
We are looking to hire a driven individual to join our team and be trained as Financial planner.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will spend their work day discussing financial solutions with clients and will then recommending appropriate financial planning strategies.

To excel in this tightly regulated role you should have excellent people skills, perseverance and a go-getting attitude.

Full training and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities:

• Networking and prospecting to find new business

• Setting up appointments and meeting clients in person

• Develop and implement solutions for clients.

• Identify and build relationships with your clients.

• Annual client reviews • Upselling and cross-selling.

• Adhere to underwriting criteria (FAIS requirements).

• Remain accredited and up to date with industry developments

Requirements:

• Grade 12

• Previous Sales Experience

• RE 5 (for experienced advisors only)

• Min 120 Long Term FAIS Credits (for experienced advisors only)

• Valid South African Driver’s license and own vehicle (Essential)

• Clear criminal record

• Clear credit record

Skills Requirements:

• Must be willing and able to source prospective clients and obtain referrals

• Meet activity and Sales Targets

• Give professional Financial advice to clients

• Assess client''''s needs by conducting in depth financial needs analysis

• Build a profitable business practice for yourself under the Liberty brand
