An established and rapidly growing Financial Technology (FinTech) company is looking for a newly qualified CA(SA) to join its finance team as a Financial Manager.

This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified CA(SA) looking to step into a broad, hands-on finance role with exposure to strategic decision-making and business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the finance function within a dynamic, innovative business, offering broad exposure and the chance to make a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full finance function
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with CIPC and statutory requirements
Oversee taxation, including VAT and income tax
Manage budgets, cash flow and financial reporting
Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders
Maintain strong financial controls and drive process improvements

Requirements

Newly qualified CA(SA)
Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
Solid understanding of CIPC and statutory compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
