POSITION INFO:
An opportunity for a commercially minded Financial Manager who thinks like an owner, thrives in operational environments, and wants to be close to the action.
This role operates in a stock-heavy, fast-moving environment and is looking for a finance leader who is hands-on, curious, and comfortable making decisions in real time. If you enjoy building, improving, and scaling - this role will feel right at home.

Your Responsibilities:

You’ll sit at the intersection of finance and operations, taking ownership of the full financial function while partnering closely with the business.
Full financial management of an operational, stock-intensive environment
Oversight of inventory, cost controls, and working capital
Management of multiple bank accounts, including foreign currency exposure
Cash flow planning and liquidity management
Financial reporting, analysis, and insight to support business decisions
Ensuring robust controls, governance, and compliance
Supporting operational teams with practical, commercially focused financial input
Willingness to travel as required to support business operations

Requirements:

BCom in Accounting
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles plus 1-3 years post article commercial exposure
Strong operational finance exposure, ideally in stock-heavy environments
Comfortable managing complexity, moving parts, and multiple stakeholders
A naturally entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, curious, and solutions-driven
Confident working independently while still collaborating closely with the business
Adaptable, resilient, and hands-on by nature
