POSITION INFO:

Key purpose of the role:

Process, verify and reconcile Field Force staff claims & travel claims. Performing day to day financial transactions, including recording bank statement transaction.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in securing Provantage level 1 BBBEE when required and during audit. Provide reports and spend where necessary and assist others where possible.
• Ensure we obtain a clean audit report complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Process and reconcile Field Force staff & travel claims after necessary and required approval has been obtained from Management. 
• Verify invoices/slips back to claims and report any suspicious/ discrepancies transactions to management.
• Process cashbook transaction on bank account accurately. Reconcile and check against final bank statements.
• Vendor application documentation check and loading of new Vendor cards on NAV
• Creating purchase orders

• Filing of creditors payments.
• Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct reporting period.
• Develop and manage exceptions and feedback reporting on fleet infractions for the field force supervisor team.
• Daily and weekly monitoring of drivers speeding.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Finance or similar qualification
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in processing of accounting transactions
• Advanced Computer literacy, with specific reference to Excel
• Knowledge of ITS/NAV will be an added benefit.
