Our client is seeking a Financial Assistant who will report to the accountant and assist with the following:

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Daily bank statements and reconciliations
• Sundry/adhoc payments
• Daily Integration posting and corrections of integration errors
• Weekly wages in Pastel Payroll
• Wage costing stats
• Dealing with provident withdrawals/claims
• Cell phone reports
• Medical aid returns
• Monthly attendance registers and update leave registers
• Monthly standard journals
• Assisting in accounts department
• Adhoc projects

• Grade 12
• Degree or diploma in accounting with the relevant experience
