POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
This position involves:

Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Preparing monthly management reports and executive dashboard reporting
Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decisions
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Conducting variance analysis and providing meaningful commentary to leadership
Developing automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility of financial information
Monitoring project costs and ensuring expenditure aligns with approved budgets and business objectives
Creating interactive Power BI and Excel dashboards that transform complex financial data into actionable insights
Supporting month-end reporting processes, project forecasts, and financial control activities

Skills & Experience:

3-5 years' experience within Financial Analysis, FP&A, Management Accounting, or Commercial Finance
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities
Experience working with large data sets and translating findings into business recommendations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Power BI, SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar reporting systems (advantageous)

Qualification:

CA(SA), ACMA, CGMA, CIMA, SAIPA, or SAICA articles
