•          Referral agreements between field and internal sales personnel to optimize opportunities

•          Sales support in Prospecting, Pipeline management, and Laser-focused objective management.

Compensation structure

•          100% upfront commission.

•          Desk fee commission split.

•          Recurring commission split on short-term referral business. 

• Vesting bonuses (capped R100 000)
• Training allowance – R24 000

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in financial services.
• RE5 or RE1
• 120 credits –recognized qualification.
• Own vehicle
• Driver’s license.
• Matric certificate (or equivalent NQF4 or higher)
