SUMMARY:
Our sales team is recruiting for a Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) Financial Advisor Assistant.

POSITION INFO:

To deliver exceptional administration support to Financial Advisers, in their goal to secure new clients and service an existing client base. To cultivate great client relationships and deliver great client service.

Education and Experience:

Matric
Industry related qualification/certifications, i.e. Wealth Management course (advantageous).
Computer literacy (Microsoft office - word, excel, Internet).
Experience in the Financial Services Industry (min 3 years).
Investment / Life product knowledge (essential).
Good understanding of the Financial Services industry - corporate and individual client.
Financial Product knowledge.

Knowledge and skills:

Systems knowledge - Effective usage and application of computer applications (MS Office / Word, Excel, CRM/Interface.
Product Knowledge - Industry knowledge.
