We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Menlyn, Pretoria area.

• This role is integral to supporting financial advisers by ensuring the efficient administration of client portfolios, maintaining exceptional service standards, and contributing to a seamless client experience.
  
  The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Strong experience in financial administration, including Section 14 transfers, Retirement Annuities (RA), Living Annuities (LA), policy reviews, and claims processing.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A process-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both client-facing and within a professional team environment.
• Proficiency in industry systems and platforms, including Xplan, Astute, LWDP, and various product provider portals.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively follow up on outstanding matters.
• A professional, friendly, and calm approach when engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping capabilities, with a preference for structured workflows and checklists.
• A naturally meticulous approach to administration and compliance requirements.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions efficiently.
