POSITION INFO:
My client is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-driven Financial Administrator to join their growing team. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy supporting smooth office operations, and take pride in accuracy, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle correspondence with customers and suppliers
Communicate daily with station managers and verify daily recons
Assist with general office administration and ad hoc tasks
Process and reconcile bank statements
Prepare and send customer invoices and monthly statements
Capture supplier invoices and complete monthly supplier reconciliations
Process employee hours
Prepare monthly payslips

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Proficiency in Pastel Accounting, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Previous administrative or bookkeeping experience (advantageous)
