Financial Admin Clerk - George, Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Financial Admin Clerk to join their team in George, Western Cape.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
  • Manage the overall finance administration function relation to cash book preparation, debtors’ management, creditors management, general month end processes and maintenance of Accpac. 
  • Credit application process for all credit buyers
  • Responsible for daily turnover report to Managing Director
  • Responsible for daily outstanding buyers report to Managing Director
  • Debtors accounts (invoicing of i.e., transport, purchases, etc.) and payments received from debtors
  • Daily reconciliation of bank transactions to ensure all transactions was captured and processed correctly. 
  • Daily and monthly reconciliation of: Petty Cash, Cash receipts, all expenses, credit sales, monthly statements for all clients. 
  • Manage ad hoc related projects as delegated by the IMS Cape Town Financial Manager
  • Stand in responsibilities for HR
  • Stand in responsibilities for Trust and Business Department 
  • Reception duties 
  • Provide general administration support
