Financial Accountant / Chartered Accountant (CA) - Lanseria, Gauteng - R35,000 and R45,000 CTC per month 

About the Role:
An established commercial group in Lanseria is looking for an experienced, detail-driven Financial Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting processes, GL reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is a key position ideal for a candidate with completed articles looking to settle into a strong commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices on the ERP system, ensuring matching to Purchase Orders and GRNs.
• Manage foreign supplier transactions, clearing agents, costings, and bank UCR declarations.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, process monthly depreciation journals, and release GL/inventory journals.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts (including GRN suspense), credit cards, and supplier statements.
• Perform credit release sign-offs, debit order processing, and prepare VAT returns.
• Assist with stock captures and physical inventory count reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar; CA qualification or SAICA/SAIPA completed articles preferred.
• Experience: Strong proven accounting experience; fluency in ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
• Languages: Fully fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
• Education Base: Matric with Higher Grade Mathematics (C+ symbol or higher).
• Traits: Unquestionable honesty and trustworthiness, high precision, strong organizational capability, and high EQ.
• Logistics: Valid Driver’s Licence and own transport.
