CA required with at least 3 years experience as a financial accountant

Sandton

o Preparation of monthly financial reports covering balance sheet, profit and loss, internal management reports and cashflow statements o Managing the general ledger including overseeing the monthly balance sheet, banking and inter-company reconciliations o Completion of the monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules o Weekly cash flow reporting o Managing foreign currency payments o Executing payments and performing monthly bank reconciliation o Preparation of indirect and Corporate Income Tax returns o Assisting in the preparation of year end statutory accounts o Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting o Ensuring Accounting standards and policies are adhered to o Reporting consolidated results at a group level o International reporting for global entities (e.g. US GAAP, Spanish GAAP etc) o Liaison with external Auditors, Bank Managers and Tax specialists o Assisting in process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives o Data analysis and various financial query management o Where required M&A support regarding investment reporting and due diligence o Where required, project finance support including loan disbursements and facility management, asset management reporting and due diligence
