Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the full financial accounting function.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including assets, liabilities, and equity.
Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor cash flow and working capital performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Assist with audit preparation and statutory requirements.
Analyse financial results and provide recommendations to management.
Support process improvement initiatives across the finance function.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

BCom Accounting Degree.

Experience:

3-5 years' experience as a Financial Accountant.
Previous manufacturing industry experience is essential.
Proven experience in financial reporting and reconciliations.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting will be advantageous.
Exposure to the full finance function is preferred.
