Operating across multiple entities, this role offers exposure to a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where accuracy, structure, and professionalism are key. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting reporting, and ensuring compliance across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Accounting
• Taking full responsibility for the general ledger across multiple entities
• Preparing and posting journals, accruals, and provisions
• Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolving variances
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Lease Accounting
• Managing lease accounting in line with relevant standards
• Maintaining lease registers and calculations (ROU assets & liabilities)
• Processing monthly lease journals and reconciliations
• Liaising with property managers and internal stakeholders
• Financial Reporting
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Assisting with group consolidations and reporting
• Supporting year-end financial statements and audit processes
• Providing financial analysis and commentary to management
• Internal Controls & Compliance
• Maintaining strong internal control environments
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and accounting standards
• Identifying control gaps and process improvements
• Supporting audit requirements and implementation of recommendations

• BCom Accounting / Finance
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally within a group structure
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel and accounting systems proficiency
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
