SUMMARY:
If you’re a Financial Accountant with 1–3 years’ experience in the property sector and are looking to deepen your exposure within a dynamic, asset-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.

POSITION INFO:
Join a well-established organisation within the property sector in Gauteng, where finance plays a key role in managing property portfolios and driving business performance. This role offers strong exposure to full-function accounting within a property environment, including lease accounting, revenue management, and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Manage the general ledger, journals, and reconciliations
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Account for rental income, leases, and property-related expenses
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes
Maintain and manage the fixed asset register
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial standards

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- BCom Accounting
Experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role within the property sector
- Exposure to property portfolio accounting and lease transactions
