POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leading name in the property industry with an impressive footprint across South Africa and beyond. With over two decades of excellence, the company manages and develops some of the most iconic commercial, retail, and residential spaces in the market. Duties:

Oversee the full financial accounting function, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Prepare accurate management accounts, financial statements, and performance reports across property portfolios.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic business decisions.
Manage billing, recoveries, and cost allocations related to property operations.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Liaise with Auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to facilitate audits and financial reviews.
Partner with property managers and asset teams to provide financial insights and enhance portfolio performance.
Continuously review and improve accounting processes and controls for efficiency and accuracy.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree in Accounting
SAIPA articles
4 years relevant Property experience
