Duties include (not limited to)

Take full ownership of the financial accounting process
Prepare and review management accounts, reconciliations, and financial statements
Support forward-looking functions like budgeting, forecasting, and group-level financial planning
Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements

Education:

Completed BCom Degree in a related field
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles

Experience:

2+ years accounting experience required
Property industry experience beneficial
MDA - system experience beneficial
