Finance and Operations Administrator

• Provide administrative support to the finance and operations department
• Work extensively on Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheet management
• Assist with maintaining financial and operational records
• Support tracking of income streams, operating costs, and financial information
• Manage correspondence and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook
• Organise and maintain documentation using Google Drive
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative functions
• Meet deadlines and assist with day-to-day operational coordination

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant Finance, Administration, or Accounting qualification advantageous

Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role advantageous
• Basic financial understanding regarding gross income, net income, operating costs, and income streams
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment beneficial

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Proficient in Google Drive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
