A solution based import and export giant seeks an experienced and driven Finance and HR Administrator to join their finance team based in Milnerton, Cape Town.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HR administrative functions and acting as first point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees and external stakeholders. The successful incumbent will alsp provide administrative support to the daily management of the financial accounting processes.

Education:

Relevant finance or accounting qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role within the finance and HR functions

Experience working with journals (debtors and creditors) is non-negotiable

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Payroll experience is a non-negotiable

Good relationship building skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Team player

Deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail
