SUMMARY:
We require an experienced Finance and Office Administrator to handle the financial, admin and some procurement duties. We require someone who comes from a lab background.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Finance qualification
At least 5 years bookkeeping/financial experience
2 years and more procurement experience
5 years general office admin experience
Experience using accounting software
Experience coming from a lab/pharma industry

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and general office administration.
Welcome guests and inform relevant personnel of their arrival.
Manage office supplies and equipment, collaborating with the Office/HR Manager to secure quotes and place orders.
Ensure financial documents are current and accurately stored, by updating templates and archiving old versions.
Maintain meticulous financial records, including the company archive.
Shred outdated financial paperwork.
Monitor and report on service delivery times, specifically tracking sample receipt and release timestamps.
Prepare client quotes after obtaining Finance approval.
Receive and prepare test result reports for client distribution and billing.
Handle all aspects of client invoicing and statements.
Address and resolve client queries related to billing.
