A well-established and reputable motor dealership in Mbombela is looking for a driven finance professional to join its leadership team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

A BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager position
Previous people management experience
Experience within the motor dealership industry will be highly advantageous
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial controls
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing the dealership's full finance function
Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
Overseeing debtors, creditors, and payroll functions
Maintaining strong financial controls and driving continuous process improvements
Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team
Providing financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with auditors, banks, and other key stakeholders
