Contract Type: 12-Month Internship (Fixed-term)
Monthly Stipend: R10,000

POSITION INFO:
Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Requirement: Currently enrolled as a second-year student working toward a bachelor’s degree in finance.
• Interest in Finance and Retail: A strong interest in finance with a focus on the motor retail industry.
• Numerical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus) and an understanding of financial software. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•  Problem Solving and Initiative: Ability to think critically and take initiative in solving problems.
• Teamwork and Independence: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Workload Balance: Ability to manage the demands of working and studying at the same time.
• Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• BEE Procurement: Administration assistance.

• Stipend:R10,000 per month for the duration of the internship.
• Final-Year Bursary: Bursary support for the student’s final year of studies, subject to programme participation and performance.
