POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Collect, analyse, and validate financial and operational data
Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation
Track project time and expenditure to support financial reporting
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budget reports
Conduct variance analysis and investigate cost deviations
and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial close processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Improve reporting processes through automation and continuous enhancement
Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements

Skills & Experience:

Tertiary degree
Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in a financial analyst, Project accounting or data analytics role
Advanced Excel including manipulating large data sets
Exposure to writing fomulas and designing visual presentations in Power BI

Qualification:

BCom Qualification in finance, analytics or accounting
