The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Financial Manager with all duties required in the Financial function. They are looking for someone hardworking to join their team.

A very well-established multinational company is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Financial Manager with all duties required in the Financial function. They are looking for someone hardworking to join their team.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ensure invoices are done timeously and correctly.
• Ensure procurement placers orders from global factories on time, correct pricing and correct lead times.
• Monitoring costumer payments
• Ensure timeous capturing and receipt of supplier invoices.
• Prepare documentation on Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee /Performance Guarantee administration and finalization.

Requirements:

• 3 Years minimum experience
• Matric +
