Finance Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant Finance or Bookkeeping qualification
• 5–10 years' experience in a Finance Administration role
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and OneDrive skills
• Valid driver's licence
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and quarterly stock counts and investigate stock variances
• Process stock adjustments and maintain inventory records
• Manage non-stock purchasing, purchase orders and supplier quotations
• Maintain the fixed asset register, including asset tagging and reconciliations
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with VAT audits, financial audit preparation and BBBEE audit documentation
• Update financial schedules, creditor records and loan registers
• Provide general finance administration and support to the Finance Department
• Assist with Health & Safety and Quality Management System documentation
