• 5-10 years in related field 
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Sage payroll, Sage SS & One Drive) 

• Effective time management and record keeping
• Methodical: Able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with superiors, colleagues and suppliers 
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and be able to use onw initiative 
• Proficiency with payroll processing
• Handling sensitive employee data with integrity, discretion and confidentiality 
• Handling of any company cash and or relating company finances and processing
