A leading Dealership in PE is seeking a F&I Manager who is responsible for managing the financial and insurance aspects of their vehicle sales.
Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
Job type: Permanent – on site
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle finance through approved banks, finance houses, and credit providers.
- Present and sell value-added products such as extended warranties, service plans, gap cover, and insurance packages
- Complete and submit all finance and insurance documentation accurately and on time.
- Conduct credit applications, obtain approvals, and explain finance terms clearly to customers.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements (FAIS, FICA, NCA, CPA, etc.).
- Maintain good relationships with financial institutions and insurance companies.
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Monitor and achieve monthly finance and insurance targets.
- Train and support sales staff on finance and insurance products.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support related to finance or insurance.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- RE5 (Regulatory Examination) and FAIS accreditation
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Minimum 2–3 years in an F&I role at a motor dealership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
