Opportunity for a Financial Manager
POSITION INFO:
My client is a successful retail group, established over 40 years ago, and a recognised market leader across Africa. They are seeking a Financial Manager to drive financial excellence and deliver strong commercial insights within their dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Financial controls and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly balance sheets, management accounts, and variance analysis.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
- Lead and mentor finance teams
- Partner with operations to enhance profitability and efficiency across the value chain.
Education and experience: - CA(SA) qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years post-articles experience.
- Background in FMCG or wholesale essential.
