Field Service Technician

SUMMARY:
Field Service Technician required with Electrical and Mechanical background

POSITION INFO:
Qualification:

• Grade 12 
• 2 - 3 years technical experience in both Mechanical and Electrical
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• Advanced computer skills - MS Office
• Valid drivers license

Experience:

• Must be available to travel Nationally or Internationally if and when required
• Must be able to read technical schematics and diagrams
• Customer Service orientated
• Excellent time management and communication skills required

Duties:

• Service and repair systems to full working capacity
• Assess, repair, service and provide reports on a wide range of equipment
• Delivery, installation and commissioning of new equipment for a wide range of equipment
• Perform annual maintenance services on demo equipment
• Complete quality field actions and provide reports
• Maintain and follow warranty processors and procedures for all intended repairs
• Maintain company safety, housekeeping and quality standards, 
• 2 - 3 years experience in a similar capacity required
• This position does not supervise or direct any staff members
