About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Client acquisition: Source new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and market research.
• Sales and presentations: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Deal management: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
• Customer relationship management: Maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Territory management: Manage multiple client accounts, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Reporting and collaboration: Provide regular sales updates and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel: Frequent travel to client locations within the region is required.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven sales skills – ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry is advantageous.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: Around R10,000.00 (negotiable)
• Commission: Very lucrative commission structure with strong earning potential.
