Field Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in Orlando, Soweto is looking to employ a Field Sales Manager for their Financial Services operation. This position is strictly EE.

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a deadline-driven, energetic person with solid communication skills. Immediate start preferred. Must be resident in Soweto/Johannesburg South area. This position is a ONE-YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT.

The successful candidate will meet the sales, financial and revenue targets of the company through the effective management of the field channel and its independent field sales agents, also providing effective mentoring, motivating, and coaching of employees and independent field agents.

Main responsibilities:

People management of the sales team

Financial performance – ensuring targets are met

Field Sales Channel Management – identifying marketing and sales opportunities for the business, plans sales activities and sets goals

Customer Service

Quality Management – Ensures compliance to quality metrics for independent fields sales, administration and team

Reporting and Analytics – Develops reporting structures to support management, analyses trends and data, and recommends solutions to address gaps identified. Collates data for presentation to stakeholders

Performance Management

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Matric

Relevant tertiary qualification in sales field

Intermediate computer skills in MS Office

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Management

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Services Sales

Quantifiable experience in Performance Management

Own reliable vehicle

Salary is R15 000 CTC per month, plus commission on meeting agreed targets. The company offers provident fund, which is part of the CTC.
