A 4-star riverside retreat in Greater Kruger is seeking a qualified ððððð ðð¨ððð to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
This is an excellent opportunity for guides who are passionate about the bush and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with scope for the right candidates to grow within an established guiding team.

Core Criteria:

FGASA Level 2 qualification minimum, or higher
Proven experience guiding in a professional lodge or reserve environment
Strong knowledge of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems
Excellent guest interaction, storytelling, and communication skills
Valid PDP
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well within a team
Flexible and adaptable to a remote lodge environment

Candidate Responsibilities:

Conduct game drives and guided walks in line with lodge and safety standards
Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and memorable guest experiences
Maintain and care for guiding vehicles and equipment
Assist with tracking, radio communication, and sighting reports
Uphold lodge standards of guest service, safety, and professionalism at all times
Liaise with lodge management on guest requirements and itinerary planning
